The lasted data of the National Bureau of Statistics in the first three quarters, CPI (price index) dropped 1.1% compared with the same period of the previous year, but the link relative had increase 0.4% in September; PPI (Producer Price Index), down 6.5% year on year, but the link relative had increase 0.6%. The increse about this link relative, the CPI and PPI is rosing in September and August.
Australia's central bank announced interest rate increase in these few days ago, this is the first country increase rate after the finacial crisis. It show that the central bank is using the rate to increase the interest funds, the purpose is to suppress the demand of the funds, it make a strong contrast compare with the bank cut down rates in the world.
